3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

4. Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on qualified leads delivered according to your selected plan:

• Starter Plan: $40 per qualified lead
• Professional Plan: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Plan: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all leads meet your specified qualification criteria. If a lead does not meet the agreed-upon standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost or issue a refund for that specific lead.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting your data and the data of your leads. All data collection and processing activities comply with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Glenviewpoint and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Glenviewpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
